From LINE version 6.8.2, we've added a feature to automatically exchange Points for LINE Coins when purchasing items like stickers or themes.
Points will only be automatically converted into Coins if you don't have enough Coins when purchasing items like stickers.
Note: You cannot manually exchange your Points for Coins in advance from the
Use tab on the LINE POINTS menu.
The exchange rate for 1 Coin is 2 Points.
Note: The exchange rate differs depending on the country you're using LINE in. For details, see
this Help article.
Due to the auto-exchange feature, the My Coins balance already reflects the total amount of Coins your Points can be converted into.
Your Coin balance = the Coins you purchased + the amount of Coins that can be exchanged from your current Point balance.
| Example |
• Number of Coins purchased: 10 Coins
• Point balance: 150 Points (can be converted to 75 Coins)
In the above example, a balance of 85 Coins will appear under My Coins. |
You can see a breakdown of your Coins under My Coins.
Note: Depending on your device, the breakdown will appear either at the top or bottom of the screen to buy Coins.
Your Points will not be used if you've already purchased enough Coins to buy an item.
If you don't want your Points to be used, make sure you've purchased enough Coins to complete the purchase beforehand.
